The product adopts a layout of three horizontally arranged NEMA 5-15R three pole sockets, with each socket following the American standard "one round, two flat" three pole specification. Each socket is equipped with independent high elasticity copper alloy conductive spring plates inside, with uniform and stable clamping force. The socket adopts an integrated injection molding process as a whole, and its shell is made of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic, reaching UL94 V0 flame-retardant standard. It has excellent impact resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and aging resistance. In case of external open fire, it can quickly self extinguish, completely isolate internal live parts, and physically eliminate electric shock and fire hazards. The incoming end integrates a multi-channel stepped anti bending and wire protection structure, which evenly disperses the stress generated by the pulling and repeated bending of the wire through multiple layers of circular grooves, effectively alleviating the fatigue loss at the root of the wire and reducing the probability of internal copper wire fracture and outer sheath cracking; Internally equipped with a dedicated locking wire clamping device, the wire and internal conductive components are firmly connected using precision cold pressing technology, and the tensile strength fully meets UL industry standard requirements. It is not easy to cause problems such as loose wire cores and terminal detachment during daily dragging and moving use, ensuring long-term electrical connection stability.

The internal conductive components are made of high-purity copper alloy substrate precision machining, and the surface is uniformly nickel plated with anti-oxidation treatment. The conductivity is excellent, the contact resistance is low, and the temperature rise is stable under long-term rated load conditions. It is not easy to oxidize or ignite, and the service life is long-lasting. The supporting Power cord adopts multi stranded oxygen free copper stranded conductors, with sufficient current carrying capacity and low line loss. The outer layer is thickened with PVC insulation sheath, which is flexible, wear-resistant, bending resistant, and oil resistant, and can be adapted to various indoor use scenarios.
