This British standard three pole fused power plug strictly follows the national standard BS 1363 for household plugs and sockets in the UK. It has passed corresponding safety certifications and is compatible with 230V/50Hz civil and commercial power supply networks in countries and regions such as the UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. It is the core power supply access component for various electrical equipment under the British power supply system. With multiple safety designs and stable electrical performance, it is widely used in power matching for home appliances, office electronics, industrial equipment and other products.

The plug adopts a classic three legged structure, with three pins arranged in a stable isosceles triangle shape. The length of the vertically arranged grounding pin is significantly longer than the live and neutral wire pins on both sides. When inserted into the socket, the grounding circuit is first turned on, and when pulled out, it is finally disconnected, providing reliable leakage protection for the rear metal shell equipment and building the first line of defense for electrical safety from the order of insertion. The base of the plug is equipped with a semi insulating protective layer, which is a signature safety design of British plugs. It can effectively reduce the risk of electric shock caused by fingers accidentally touching live pins during the insertion and extraction process. Even if the plug is partially unplugged, the exposed live parts are effectively covered by the insulation layer, greatly improving the safety factor of daily insertion and extraction operations.

The plug is equipped with a dedicated fuse cavity and comes standard with ceramic fuses corresponding to the rated current, forming an independent front-end overcurrent protection mechanism. When there is a short circuit or overload fault in the backend device, the built-in fuse of the plug will first melt and cut off the circuit, blocking the abnormal current before the device's own protection mechanism is triggered. This not only avoids the fault from expanding and damaging electrical equipment, but also prevents the power supply line from causing safety hazards due to continuous overcurrent heat, adding a reliable safety barrier to the entire power supply chain. The back of the plug is clearly stamped with the "FUSED" logo, rated parameters, and certification information, making it easy to quickly identify product specifications and safety attributes, and fully complying with the regulatory labeling requirements of British plugs.

The conductive pins are made of high-purity copper alloy substrate and precision stamped. The surface is uniformly nickel plated with anti-oxidation treatment, which has excellent conductivity, low contact resistance, and stable temperature rise under long-term rated load conditions. It is not easy to oxidize or ignite, and can maintain tight and reliable electrical contact after thousands of repeated insertions and removals. The insulation shell is made of engineering plastic that meets the flame retardant requirements of the British standard and is injection molded in one piece. It has high electrical insulation strength, excellent impact resistance, and high and low temperature resistance. It can quickly self extinguish when exposed to external flames and completely isolate internal live parts, preventing electric shock and fire risks in all aspects. The tail of the plug integrates multiple circular anti bending wire protection structures, which can evenly distribute the stress generated by wire pulling and repeated bending, effectively alleviate the fatigue loss at the root of the wire, reduce the probability of wire core fracture and sheath cracking, and extend the overall service life of the supporting Power cord. Internally, precision crimping technology is used to connect wires and conductive components, combined with a built-in lock wire structure. The wire is firmly clamped and has a tensile strength that meets standard requirements. It is not easy to cause wire core loosening or falling off during daily dragging and bending.

The mainstream rated specifications of the product cover multiple levels such as 3A, 5A, 10A, 13A, etc., and can be flexibly selected according to the power of the backend equipment to meet the electricity needs of different power levels. It can be integrated into various finished power cords as an original supporting component, or used separately for wire customization, equipment maintenance and replacement, engineering wiring and other scenarios. It is widely compatible with various household and commercial electrical equipment such as desktop computers, monitors, electric kettles, rice cookers, ovens, power adapters, small power tools, etc. It is an indispensable standard safety plug-in component in the export of electrical appliances to the British standard market and cross-border electrical matching.
