This IEC C20 high-power pin male power connection cable strictly follows the IEC 60320 international electrical standard and has passed mainstream safety certification. It is a standardized power connection accessory for high-power IT equipment and industrial distribution devices, designed for high load scenarios such as servers, UPS power supplies, and PDU distribution units. It is the core connection component in the power distribution system of data centers and data centers.

The connector adopts a standard IEC C20 horizontal cross shaped male terminal structure, with three pins arranged horizontally. The pin definition, interface size, and insertion and extraction force parameters fully comply with international general specifications, and can seamlessly adapt to all standard C19 female socket interfaces. The insertion is tight, the contact resistance is extremely low, and the high current transmission is stable and reliable. The interface comes with a physical foolproof structure with high directional recognition, which effectively avoids reverse insertion and misconnection, as well as prevents mixing with low current C14 interfaces, thus avoiding the risk of mismatch overload structurally. The connector shell is made of integrated high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic by injection molding, with compact and firm structure, excellent electrical insulation strength, excellent impact resistance, high and low temperature resistance and aging resistance, and is suitable for the harsh environment of long-term continuous operation of the machine room. The root of the wire is equipped with a thickened hollow stepped anti bending wire tail, which evenly disperses the stress generated by the pulling and repeated bending of large wire diameter wires through multiple layers of circular grooves, effectively alleviating the fatigue loss at the root position, reducing internal copper wire breakage and outer sheath cracking problems, and significantly extending the overall service life of the connecting wire. Internally, a dedicated lockwire fastening structure is used, and the pins and cores are firmly connected through precision cold pressing technology, with excellent tensile performance. It is not easy to cause core loosening or terminal detachment during daily dragging and cabinet wiring bending, ensuring long-term connection stability under high current conditions.

The wire body adopts high-quality thickened PVC insulation outer cover, with good flexibility, bending resistance and wear resistance, which can adapt to complex wiring scenarios in computer room cabinets. The internal conductor is made of high-purity oxygen free copper multi strand wire core, which has excellent conductivity and low power transmission loss. It has stable temperature rise under long-term power on conditions under 16A rated load, and is not easy to generate heat and oxidize, fully meeting the continuous power supply needs of high-power equipment. The grounding circuit is fully conductive, providing reliable grounding protection for metal shell equipment, effectively reducing the risk of leakage and electric shock, and ensuring the safety of equipment operation and maintenance in all aspects.
