By September 25th, the Anhui East Power Transmission Ultra High Voltage AC Demonstration Project will celebrate its 6th anniversary of safe operation. Over the past six years, the project has experienced harsh weather conditions such as thunderstorms, high temperatures, and severe cold, as well as various operational and weak operation modes. The equipment integrity rate has reached 100%, and a total of 313.141 billion kilowatt hours of electricity has been stably transmitted to Zhejiang, achieving good economic and social benefits.

They are essential components for the production of various motors, appliances, and appearances, and are necessary basic commodities in China's power infrastructure construction, new smart grid, and new energy industry. The wire and cable industry accounts for 1/4 of the production of domestic electricians, making it the second largest profession in China after the automotive industry.

1. Classification of Insulated Wires Answer: There are several types of insulated wires commonly used, including polyvinyl chloride insulated wires, polyvinyl chloride insulated flexible wires, nitrile polyvinyl chloride mixture insulated flexible wires, rubber insulated wires, agricultural underground buried aluminum core plastic insulated wires, rubber insulated cotton yarn textile flexible wires, polyvinyl chloride insulated nylon sheathed wires, and polyvinyl chloride insulated flexible wires for power and lighting.

For household appliances, although power cords are just accessories, they play a crucial role in their use. If the power cord breaks, the entire appliance cannot be used. Household power cords should use BVV2 × 2.5 and BVV2 × 1.5 models of wires. BVV is a national standard code for copper sheathed wire, with 2 × 2.5 and 2 × 1.5 representing 2-core 2.5 square millimeters and 2-core 1.5 square millimeters, respectively. In general, 2 × 2.5 is used as the main line and trunk line, while 2 × 1.5 is used as a single electrical branch line and switch line. Single phase air conditioning dedicated line uses BVV2 × 4 and is equipped with a dedicated grounding wire.
